Do yourself a favour since you have no approximation how to do this. Panels are available ready successful and probably less than what it will cost you to play around and fles something and try to get IT to pass inspection.

Okay, since you have atomic number 102 makeup air, you can use just one microswitch (m/s) for everything. You'll neediness a 2-pole contactor for the exhaust fan, and you fanny use a i 2-pole or two 1-pole contactors for the two 120v circuits equally well.
Deal the turn down diagram. C = common, N = normal, E = emergency. Instead of a trumpet/strobe, you would have the exhaust fan contactor. One wire to your manual exhaust switch would connect to the incoming force and the C terminal, and the other wire would connect to the E terminal, which connects to the exhaust system fan contactor.
So, the m/s rhythmical removes power from the appliance contactor(s) and the light switch, and energizes the exhaust fan contactor if IT's non already on. As I aforesaid above, you can have one 2p or two 1p appliance contactors, contingent on where you choose to break in each appliance lap. So, as I said, one microswitch will come everything.
